Because of our affiliation with Choices Pregnancy Centers, we are able to offer our patients many free services and resources that aren't available at most other prenatal clinics.  These resources include:

Expectant moms need to take care of themselves, and Choices' FREE LifePath Medical classes are designed to help you do just that. These classes are taught by our nursing staff and take place once a month at different Centers.  You can choose to take classes on:

  • Prenatal Development
  • Labor and Delivery
  • Early Infant Care
  • Breastfeeding

LifePath classes are free of charge and open to both women and men.   Ask a member of your Care Team about how to enroll in Medical Classes.

Parenting Sessions

The LifePath Parenting Program is designed to serve young women and men from their first trimester of pregnancy through the first two years of their child's life.  Topics covered in these sessions can include:

  • Eating for Two

  • What’s Safe, What isn’t?

  • Bonding With Your Baby

  • Postpartum Issues

  • Reducing the Risk of SIDS

  • Emergency Aid / Accidents

  • Newborn Milestones

  • Parenting with Respect

  • Car Seat Safety

  • Toddler Nutrition

As part of our parenting program, you'll attend weekly sessions with a parenting educator and earn "baby bucks" to spend on the things your child needs at our CPC Baby Boutiques. The items available at our Baby Boutiques range from large furniture pieces such as new strollers and cribs, to smaller items such as diapers and clothing. The LifePath Parenting Program will empower you to be the parent you want to be and help you provide for your child at the same time.  Ask a member of your Care Team about how to enroll in the LifePath Parenting Program.

LifePath Parenting Programs can provide one-on-one mentoring for women, men or couples from a trained Parent Educator or Fatherhood Coach. These sessions will teach you how to be a nurturing and effective parent. Your mentor will help you learn how to deal with the day-to-day challenges of parenting with the goal of helping you establish a strong, healthy family environment for yourself and your child.
